Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipment processing time
  • All orders are processed on same day or next business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout time based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
  • Shipment method; By Air or By Road
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 Business working days
  • Shipment Cost :- Flat charge of Rs.80 per order or it may be offered free delivery on Shop Rs.599 or above (Depend on the shopping criteria )

Delivery delays can occasionally occur in some unexpected condition like curfew, Lockdown, Heavy Rains, or other Natural Calamities.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Deliveries are made from [10.00am to 5.00pm] on [Mon-Sat]. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oncecentre.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages or Open Packages

If you find a parcel is damaged or toned condition during delivery time, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present or if you received your order damaged condition, please contact customer service with next steps.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
